The first experimental batch of my Scabiosa infused handmade paper collection is finally here. This batch features a gorgeously thin kozo with deep purple petal inclusions. Hoping to explore the many possible variations of the Scabiosa flower, I split this batch into two; one utilizing my usual dry box system (in which they are constrained under weight, for a smoother surface), and the other being hung to air dry, producing a more textured surface, and a stunning bleed of purple dripping down each sheet.

Sheets are approximately 16 × 20’’, thin formation.

Sized to accept ink.
