Shipping & Returns

 

International Shipping:

Lately I have been shipping internationally using UPS, as it is often the most affordable option. If you prefer I do not use UPS, and would rather I use USPS please email at sharestudios@gmail.com

Please note: I am happy to ship internationally, but cannot be responsible for customs fees, brokerage fees, or refusals. For international orders of our mould and deckles and papermaking kits the shipping fee collected at checkout is considered a deposit, and may require further payment at the time of shipping (I will send an invoice for the remaining balance after packing up your order). If you need to know the exact shipping cost for your country before placing an order, please email me with your mailing address, and I can find the exact rate for you. Thanks for your understanding! Shipping within the US:

Paper orders now have a flat rate of $12 for domestic shipping.

Most domestic paper orders will ship Priority Mail via USPS, though I occasionally use UPS when it is most affordable. You will receive shipping notification with tracking when the item is waiting for postal pick up. I always do my very best to get packages out as quickly as possible, usually within a week of purchase, if items are in stock. If an expedited order is absolutely necessary, please email me (sharestudios@gmail.com) with your request and we can talk through our options. As you may have noticed, I run every aspect of this business by myself, so your understanding and patience is always appreciated. 

 

Returns/cancellations:

Items that are made to order like The Beginner’s Papermaking Collection (including tutorial), and Magnetic Mould and Deckles are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. Please be sure you know what you are ordering, and are willing to wait for it to be handcrafted just for you (these things take time). Cancellations will only be accepted within 5 days of purchase. After that, I will not be canceling orders just because you don’t want it anymore.

The truth; returns/refunds are painful as a small business that makes everything by hand. Yes, it sounds cliche, but I put my heart and soul into my work, and it thrills me to send it out into the world. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase. So, please email me at sharestudios@gmail.com should you want to discuss solutions.
